One week in the Pontine-Islands

Saturday:
Anchors aweigh in the morning for Procida (1,5 hours sailing). Stop for Bathing at the Chiaia, Lunch at "Graziella" and a walk to Terra Murata; Evening meal at "Michele" in Chiaiolella, where one can enjoy a wonderful rabbit. Overnight stay in Marina.

Sunday:
Morning, departure for Ischia with a swimming stop at Sant'Anna. Visit to Castle Aragonese; Lunch at "Cocò a Mare" with fish specialities. In the afternoon, we set off for Ventotene; anchoring in Cala Nave for an evening swim followed by a walk to the roman gardens and dinner in Ventotene.

Monday:
Visit to the Bourbon prison in Santo Stefano, visit to the Villa Giulia and the Marinai; Sail along the Ventotene coast with dinner in Cala Rossano.

Tuesday:
In the morning we set off for Ponza, pausing for a swim off the Island of Gavi; Afternoon at the beach bar of Frontone; Evening in the Ponza Harbour bay.

Wednesday:
Excursion to the Island of Palmarola and a whole day of bathing and relaxing. Return to Ponza in the evening and anchoring in the bay of Chiaia di Luna.

Thursday:
Return to Ventotene; Swimming, diving, and an overnight stay in Porto Romano.

Friday:
Morning sail to Procida with a pause for Swimming off the island of Vivara; Return to Naples in the afternoon with dinner in the Borgo Marinari.

Saturday: Disembark around 9 am.
